    • Automated EN 18031 compliance checking and clause mapping
    • AI-generated risk assessments and mitigation strategies
    • Declaration of Conformity (DoC) document generation
    • Compliance workflow management and tracking
    • Expert guidance and support for regulatory requirements

    The Service features may be updated and improved over time to provide better compliance assistance.

    3. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Use the Service only for lawful compliance purposes
    • Not attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary algorithms
    • Not upload malicious software or attempt to compromise our systems
    • Respect intellectual property rights of RedComply AI and third parties
    4. Compliance Disclaimer

    Important Notice:

    RedComply AI provides tools and guidance to assist with compliance efforts, but does not guarantee regulatory approval or certification. Final compliance responsibility remains with the user.

    Our AI-generated recommendations and documentation templates are based on current understanding of EN 18031 standards but should be reviewed by qualified compliance professionals before submission to Notified Bodies or regulatory authorities.

    5. Data and Privacy

    Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. When you upload product documentation or compliance data to our platform, you retain ownership of your content while granting us necessary rights to process and analyze it for compliance purposes.

    6. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its software, algorithms, user interface, and content, is owned by RedComply AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

    • Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary software or algorithms
    • Use our trademark or branding without written permission
    • Create derivative works based on our Service
    • Attempt to extract or reverse engineer our compliance logic
    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedComply AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

    • Regulatory non-compliance or certification delays
    • Loss of business opportunities or revenue
    • Data loss or corruption
    • Third-party claims or penalties

    Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

    9. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
